Our Main Goals
Our Main Goals:
ARTY – Artistic Resonance for Thriving Youth turns creativity into a practical pathway for empowerment, inclusion, and psychosocial wellbeing across Greece, Germany, Romania, and the Republic of North Macedonia. Our goals guide everything we do— from local workshops and community art actions to training and open resources.
1) Empower young people through art
Help youth discover their creative voice, build confidence, and express emotions safely through visual arts, theatre, movement, music, storytelling, and digital media.
2) Promote inclusion and equal access
Engage young people with fewer opportunities and remove barriers (linguistic, cultural, financial, accessibility-related) through adaptable, trauma-informed, and welcoming activities.
3) Strengthen psychosocial wellbeing
Use arts-based, non-formal learning to cultivate emotional literacy, resilience, empathy, and a sense of belonging—linking expression with reflection and peer support.
4) Build creative and civic competences
Develop collaboration, communication, critical thinking, intercultural dialogue, and community participation so youth can shape positive change where they live.
5) Support youth workers and educators
Provide practical methods, safety guidelines, and reflection tools—plus training—so professionals can embed creativity and wellbeing in everyday practice.
6) Co-create with communities
Design murals, street-art festivals, exhibitions, and participatory installations that turn shared spaces into places of dialogue, pride, and connection.
7) Share open resources
Publish the ARTY Toolkit and thematic modules with ready-to-use activities, inclusion tips, and evaluation templates—free to adapt locally.
8) Recognise learning and measure impact
Use participatory evaluation and Youthpass to make growth visible—tracking confidence, belonging, teamwork, and creative/civic competences.
9) Ensure sustainability
Build local capacity, form partnerships with schools, municipalities, and cultural groups, and create repeatable formats so results continue beyond the project.
10) Embrace digital and green priorities
Encourage ethical digital creativity (media, photography, storytelling) and eco-aware artistic practice that reuse materials and care for shared environments.
